How Education is Delivered for Students in Grades 1–4 Students in grades 1-4 are introduced to the learning format on the online platform, in the presence or under the supervision of qualified teachers, at school during the specially designated lessons for working on the educational platform (from 2 to 4 classes per week). Students in grades 1-4 have access to all four disciplines taught in English: English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Students in grades 1-4 spend the first semester focusing on learning Mathematics and Science terminology and basic English language elements appropriate to their grade level (e.g., the alphabet, colors, shapes, etc.) Knowing mathematical equations makes learning English terminology and phrases easier, forming a strong foundation for maintaining academic English in later grades. |

Students in grades 1–4, at home in the presence and accompaniment of their parents or grandparents, if they wish (recommended by the Swiss School administration), repeat the material covered at school during the week, which will take about 2–3 (or more) hours per week.
Students in grades 5–7 independently study on the educational platform at home in their free time from homework and additional classes, and then during the week, they review the material they have studied at school under the guidance of teachers. Each week, they take one lesson of each English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies (about 3–4 hours a week).
On the platform, students have the unique opportunity to repeat a lesson several times, watch various educational videos in English, and retake tests after each lesson to achieve the best results. The best results from all attempts will be considered in the final grades.
